Yoga & Beer at The Lineside

Yoga & Beer: a new way to get loose at Frog Level Brewing.

Join us every Wednesday for a weekly yoga class in our new space, The Lineside, next door to the Frog Level Brewing taproom. The class, which runs from 6-7pm, is $10, which also includes a pint of your choice from the taproom.

Classes being led by Rob McAllen (aka The Yoga Dude)
He can tailor any class to your needs! Yoga can be molded to any person, and for any situation. Let him know what you want to gain from your yoga practice, and together you’ll form a game plan that’s suitable for you.
